I worked with Louisiana's Department of Tourism to develop a float that would iconically represent the great state of Louisiana. It became clear in the early stages of concepting that the american alligator was a huge draw to anyone visiting the state so I went about developing a concept that merged New Orlean's deep cultural influences and the broader states natural wonders. The Celebration Gator was born.
